My favorite casino by far out all the others I've been to. Convenient location and had the best luck here but the staff could be more friendly though and is the reason I have given a Bad! rating. Not sure if I'm seen as intimidating or whatever their reason. I always greet staff as often as possible with a friendly "hello" giving a quick wave and smile. I'm more often than not looked passed as if I wasn't there in their sight and the drink cart always passes/ignores me completely. Even with efforts to get their attention. There was a time not long ago that I felt like a DAMN fool just trying to get a beverage to clear my throat. I got it myself, losing the machine i was doing pretty well on and the person there after hits a jackpot as i return to see that lucky individual hit a jackpot on the machine I left because the drink cart didn't acknowledge I was human, maybe seen as ghost or figment of their imagination. Get it together! Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the ones who enjoy their job and make my experience there better but it only takes one to bring down the whole team.
