Indian Springs Hotel & Casino

All in all a bad experience. We spent good money upgrading our room and were assured a room within the hour. SIX hours later we finally get a room. That's just where the terrible experience begins. After spending our hard earned money in their restaurants and casino, they have the audacity to not check the cameras when one of there bar-side poker machines eats my $100. According to them there is nothing they could do. Needless to say they are petty nickel and dimers, do not stay here for your vacation.
