NEVER AGAIN !!! I drive a tractor trailer for a living, and come to Reno for a 3 day layover. Working on 3 hours sleep from the previous night, I checked in for 3 days and played some blackjack and slot machines. After finally being too tired to enjoy myself, I went to see my room. It would have been great if I could have seen my room...the keys wouldn't work !I went to registration and waited another 20 minutes in line. The lady at the counter was rude, and once I decided not to stay, still wanted t charge me $59 ! I didn't even get to see the room. After waiting another 10 minutes for house keeping to check the room, I was given a full refund, thats just going to take a few days to hit my bank account. So, sleeping in my truck without a shower, toilet, or any other amenities is what I get for deciding to do business here. Unfortunately I cannot go anywhere else as I am monitored with an electronic log and am out of hours. I am a veteran, and feel very disrespected. Anyone who reads this, please think about what I have written before you decide to spend any money here. You may be treated as a second class citizen.
