The rudest hotel I have ever tried to associate with! I wish I believed all of the sub-par reviews this hotel has already gotten. I have a group booking 9 rooms for an event in Shreveport. Based on the pricing and availability, we all decided DiamondJack's would be a great option. While booking online, we got to the last 2 rooms and it told us this was no longer an option. We called in to try and book the remaining rooms and the woman on the phone said that they were sold out, and when I asked if we could do anything she said "no" and hung up. I called back, got the same woman, and I asked if what our options are so we could stay together. She said "nothing", and I asked if we could cancel, and she said "okay" and hung up again. I call back a remaining time and asked if we could cancel over the phone, and she used several profane words before hanging up on me a final time. I will never deal with DiamondJack's again. We visit Shreveport every other month or so, and it is worth paying the extra to stay at the El Dorado, Horseshoe, or Margaritaville for sure.
