Absolutely the worst all inclusive resort we have ever stayed. Check in was a multi-hour nightmare - 3.45 hours to get checked in and receive our keys from the time we arrived and got in line. Housekeeping did not replenish towels or coffee bar items (not to mention the mini-bar). Booked room for a family of four and were given a rollaway bed as well as sofa bed, but took 2 days before they would allow us to obtain bedding for them. No pillows, no blankets, no sheets. I finally practically had to accost a housekeeper and security officer to access the store room to get these items. Housekeeping did manage to spread petals around the sink each day, but I would have preferred to have clean towels and washcloths. They took the dirty ones, but did not provide clean ones. So it wasn't as if we could even use our previously used items. We simply had nothing. 24 hour laundry service took well over 48 hours and even then I had to go looking for it. Once we finally received it, we were disgusted to find a pair of mens underwear that did not belong to anyone in our party.
If you are going to Jamaica, there are plenty of fine resorts. Avoid this one at all costs unless you enjoy spending your vacation neglected and without basic services you would expect and receive at far less expensive locations.
