Today is day 6 of my 8 day stay here at this hotel and I cannot wait to leave . It has been a nightmare since I arrived here for a wedding. Their reception desk is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. They failed to reserve enough room for the wedding party, failed to notify the couple that the hotel is under renovation and their customer service is non existent. I have stayed at numerous high end resorts and have never received such unsatisfactory customer service . Every staff member here is rude, obnoxious and unprofessional. They have extremely unreasonable dress code restrictions, while you're on vacation in the carribean. They forced a 9 year old child to sit outside of a dinner reservation for their Italian restaraunt ; with a party of 16 people having dinner because he had a tank top on. He is NINE years old. He cried ! Another staff member screamed at my five year old because she was playing with sand on the beach that he was using to cover a hole (no signage of work being done). They are the rudest staff I have ever encountered as a paying customer to an establishment. I will never ever stay here or stay at any of their other chains and would not recommend this resort to anyone I know. Horrible vacation experience due to their behavior and lack of professionalism and courtesy. Every member of our group of over 20 people were displeased with their experience here due to the staff and their serious lack of customer service.
