Floor manager is horrible! Today 08/19/2016 (10:45pm) I played cash on wheel and it hit 45 Joker, the dealer checked with floor manager for paying and he asked dealer to spin again, which was definitely not ethical. It was clearly 45, just because they did not want to pay 45 times they played this dirty game. I am never going back to Horseshoe casino as they are cheater. Even dealer said " if I was floor manager I would pay but I have to confirm with floor manager before paying". Not cool. Think before Betting your money on spin wheel. I hope some senior management look into this matter.
