Terrible experience. I decided to visit here for the first time in Dec 2015 and boy was customer service a joke! I arrived late and had a good night at slots and the poker tables.
First issue: No WiFi was available even though the reservations agent specifically said it was. I work on the road and this is a requirement.
Second issue: I learned there was a tournament starting and decided I wanted to stay another night. Nope. I was feeling bad when it came time for checkout and when I called to extend my stay(which is what you'd think they would want right?)...I couldn't get a person on the phone. I tried 8 times to the front desk and even reservations from the room phone AND cell phone. When I finally made it downstairs still feeling awful the manager, Tammy Sykes, was beyond rude and unhelpful after I told her what was going on. She offered no assistance and told me she was wasn't willing to do anything.
Moral of the story, pick another casino to stay and play at!
