Horrible! !!
Had to be moved 3 times until They finally found a room with nothing broken. We have stayed here in the past and it seemed to be ok. This time was just a joke. They missed a wake up call so we missed a conference call that very important, I called to complain they said their wake up call system was down. I came back the maid had left a broken towel rack on the couch along with the towels. we always get the same room and never had a problem with music from Fremont Street. There is a new club that opened up right on the next block and the music is deafening until 2 or 3 a.m. Very disappointing indeed. I know it's Vegas but once in awhile it's nice not to have music pounding in my head that early in the morning or late at night. also the manager at the front desk was rude as usual. I don't think he means to be but that's just the way he is. He tried to be accommodating this time however, but still not really a nice guy. The only Shining Light is that the staff is awesome including the maintenance man And all of the maid services. Except for the maid that left the track on my couch lol. They have a nice woman at the gift shop and Edward at Subway is just a sweetheart. Also, we usually go in at the El Cortez when we Gamble and Slots. This time was not the case. This is the first time we probably lost money. It seemed like the dollar machine just didn't work like they used to.
