Will start with the Good.Nice location, beach is nice. Food was good in the restaurants not at the buffet. AC loud and dripping water in the room. Friendly staff at the restaurants. Employees at the front desk needs to be more thorough when explaining. We came 1 Hour early to the 3pm check in. I young receptionist was trying to be cool and singing around gave us some brochures with the 4 cards and told us to come back after 1 hour. So at 3:10pm we came back and we did not find the same guy, the next one available gave us the room key and told us that the 4 cards are for towels only. Day before our check out we left all the towels at the pool. So next day at the check out we had to pay extra $20 per towel. After spending 40 minutes with Guest Service attendant who did not like look very interested in helping us he was going back and fort and smiling and looking like we are stealing the towels, we decide to go ahead and pay the fine there was no reason to still explaining what happened. No one explained that towels are so big deal and they are charging insane amount of money for a old cheap towel. Since we had Friends which upgraded their stay online for $2. And their towels where FREE and no one counting them???? It did put bad taste on my overall stay. So overall I'm sure next time will spend more time in research and definitely not this resort.
