I ordered 2 sundaes will stirring at the pool. The waitress brought back my card and gave me a number. That was at 3:42pm. 30 minutes has passed so I started asking what was going on. I was told that my order was on the way. The waitress comes over at 4:40pm and asks why did we still have the number. I told her it was because we never got our order. She apologized and have us the ice cream at 4:55pm. She said that my ticket was lost and they forgot about it. I was still charged $12.00 for half melted ice cream. I was already upset and I couldn't speak to them without raising my voice so I left. It's not the hotel, just one bad waitress, blonde hair and a heavy accent.
