I've been to several casino resorts and my family was really excited to try this one. It looks beautiful inside and out however the service was lacking and the food was less than mediocre. We asked for extra linens when we first arrived around 9pm the first night. They finally brought 2 blankets at 1230am. They were very itchy and low quality. When we told them how long it took they replied they have 400 rooms and they didn't have time to bring them. To their credit my husband did speak to the manager in the morning and they gave us a restaurant credit. Every restaurant we ate in we received horrible service and nothing we ordered had any flavor (I wish I could say I was exaggerating). The buffet was a complete waste of money. They have a 20 minute limit on the poker tables per person at a time so you can't even get into the game. All in all we will not be back.
