Was disappointed to discover that the hotel isn't actually connected to the casino. This is probably why the new construction is ongoing. The hotel staff seemed fine. A little rigid about early check in but no matter. The 24 hour shuttles to the hotel/casino was great. Went to this casino because of the Kid Zone advertised and was blown away with how great it is for kids under 12. My 5 year old didn't want to leave! Would 100% come back here just for that. However, I also brought my 17 yr old brother who was pretty much confined to the arcade (25 bucks lasted him less than an hour) and the bowling alley (bowling for one seems harsh). He did enjoy a milkshake and people watched from the inside Johnny Rockets though. Suggestion for the hotel is to have a room for the older kids 13 onward with maybe a underage dance club to socialize and/or game room where video games are free to play. This feature was available for kids under 12 but not the older ones. Seems like a missed opportunity. Food was great in the buffet. Drinks weren't terribly priced. Dealers were helpful. Would come back.
