The reception staff had no customer service skills and i had to wait 1hr after they had said 15min wait. The original room was not ready and i had to wait-horrible. i booked this hotel-all inclusive (breakfast) through an agency; i never gave my cc info to the hotel. I just noticed i was charged $355 three days later after my arrival. I was not advised/told why or how the hotel got a hold of my cc info and made a charge? For what? I don't care that key cards never worked, breakfat buffet had same exsact food every morning...or that when i came from an excursion the frame on wall had fallen (could had fallen on me)....now i'm dealing making calls...to cc/booking agency...this is fraud.
