The IP does not support mental illness or people with mental/emotional disorders. My wife, who has extreme anxiety while traveling, and I drove five hours to stay here. My wife has an emotional support animal and the staff and management rejected us and refused us service because of having our ESA. So we spent almost an hour on the phone with Priceline to get a refund and while also trying to stave off an anxiety attack. The manager on duty did not offer any kind of apology or sympathy and told us to get our money back and leave, then said we could make a ten hour round trip to take our ESA home.
