The Grand Sierra is definitely one of the better casino/hotels to stay at when in Reno. Although it seems that the machines are tight, the tables are pretty popular. Great customer service although the they have a new anti dog policy which is unpopular. Free stays are easily earned but make sure to spend the extra $20 for the Sierra Summit Suite upgrade is so worth it. There is a bowling ally, nightclub, arcade, driving range movie theater and more to keep you busy during your stay. Watch out cause weekends and any half decent holiday/event, this place gets booked full and it becomes an annoyance trying to avoid the crowds and everything is a ling line.,
