They are still new so they have some process improvements to work out in regards to embarkation at the port - it is a bit of a confusing mess. I can not say enough about the amazing food and restaurants on the ship (all free). All the staff was fantastic and eager to help. Their entertainment was lacking in options and what shows they did have sold out completely by the first day. Their private Beach Club at Bimini was absolutely amazing - they designed it perfect. My biggest disappointment was the casino (which is my favorite evening entertainment on a ship). The Casino itself is small. The slots they do have are VERY tight penny machines that pay lower line pays than most land casinos. The best machines I found were hidden away in a very hard to find smoking lounge. I don’t smoke but I mainly played in there at least those machine would occasionally hit a bonus. This room also had the only video poker machines on the ship. By being a Casino comp player I did get a purple tassel that I show to the casino bar waiters and they know not to charge me for drinks. Also I was able to charge slot play to my cabin without paying their standard 7% fee. There was no welcome card or small treat in the cabin to recognize us as Casino comps like what other lines do. Maybe they will start doing little things like that once they get more up and running.
