I asked Beth King of the Cruise Web to find and book a Viking River Cruise in Europe for next year. Beth immediately went to work, found several candidates, and helped select a fantastic itinerary. She then obtained an almost unbelievably good price for the trip. After booking the cruise, the cruise line changed both the ship and the direction of the itinerary. When Beth confirmed with the line that this change was acceptable, the line advised that the cabin class and fare she had obtained were no longer available. Not accepting this advice, Beth worked with the cruise line to rebook the new itinerary at the originally offered price. I consider this the ultimate in customer service!
