Well to start off I was charged and extra person luckily my friend decided to look at the receipt cause I didn't 185.00 total so I go back to the service manager and she tells me the only way to fund me is she had to credit my bank card for the whole amount and then charge me again meaning it would take up to 7 business days to get my money back so for the night I would have spent 350 for 4 adults and 3 kids dinners until I was refunded, the other option was a comp that would of expired in 60 days I never got my money back from them we will never go back and besides the food at the horizon buffet was terrible my kids couldn't even find anything that was good to eat, felt sorry for the waiter because he kept taking back full plates of food that we tried and couldn't eat as of me I got 3 bites of some sweet and sour chicken for 185.00 not cool ameristar
