as a 21 year old first time visitor about 5 months ago my first trip was amazing. They give you a card to order complimentary drinks every 20 mins. the staff is super helpful and plentiful and security is everywhere so you always feel nice and safe. The employees are all nice and will chat if you have any questions, on my 3rd trip i had a 30 minute conversation with the security detail that started off as a job inquiry and ended in trading stories of USAF days and schooling all while the gentleman still did his job like a professional that was only ended by him responding to a medical call. They are equipped and prepared for anything there! machine malfunction? they have game techs handy! forgot your insulin? there they are ready to help you with a smile and a great attitude. The guests are calm and usually pretty nice. on my 2nd trip i played with an elderly couple who had ran out of "play money" and they sat with me at my machine and had a good time helping me spin and change my bingo card. Food is placed conveniently near the entrance right at the side of the machines. For all the smokers you can smoke inside and there is even a non smoking section to accommodate those who don't smoke. valet is friendly and careful with your vehicle be it a kia soul or a brand new BMW. All in all its a great place friendly staff great food and the best drinks (even if they are a bit weak, at least your not driving drunk).
