We decided to pay a bit more to stay at this hotel as it had a high rating and we were there to get married. When we arrived, there was a queue to check in, staff seemed confused and we had to stand there for 40 minutes with our bags until eventually we were processed. Not a good first impression. That was literally the only bad thing we experienced about this hotel and I have to give it five stars. The rooms were great - big, clean and had an amazing view. In the room there is an integrated control panel for lighting, blinds and room service next to the front door and next to the bed. Cleaning staff were courteous and trustworthy. The pool area at the Wynn is relaxing and you get to use the Encore hotel pool too which is for more lively guests as it has music playing quite loudly at times. The drinks are expensive if you get them at the bar but we played at the machines and tables in the casino lots of the time and can get complementary drinks from the waitresses. If you tip enough the waitresses come back very often! An enjoyable trip and definitely would stay here again.
