We travelled with our 12 year old daughter and received a room with a king bed. They set up the couch, which wasn't a pullout, around 1am after we asked 3 times. Although she barely fit length wise. So we asked to speak to a supervisor/manager in the morning and waited an hour in the lobby because she was on the phone. I heard many similar complaints among the guests. The resort was old and rundown. And with 1800 rooms it was too large for my taste. The all-a-cart restaurants were impossible to get reservations. There was always a long line for front desk or buffet restaurant. Overall I was very dissatisfied and would never go back or recommend this property!
