First off, we reserved our room on line and paid a premium price for an upgrade for a king bed. We arrived and they don't have our king bed so we get a room with two queen beds, I guess they think we should sleep separately. My husband told the clerk that we paid a premium price and he said "there is nothing we can do". We have dinner in the buffet and decide to go sit in the hot tub. When we walk in the security guard tells us they close in ten minutes. What hotel pool area closes at 9 pm??? Ridicules !
