the place look great. however, the food was flavorless, the mattresses were super hard, the worst is that the stuff don't really speak English and whatever you asked them, they say "yes" and "no problem" and "all included". as we checked out, we surprised to get charge for laundry service, that after we called 2 times to the premier club, which we paid much more money than regular guest, and both times, they confirmed that the laundry is free for us. nit, at the check out and they don't let you on the shuttle if you done pay them. bottom line, go anywhere else beside Barcelo Resorts.
