Location is great with short distance to Museum Station, Chinatown, and Hyde Park. Facilities are pretty good though some are in of upgrades or repair such as the old wall hairdryer (which fell and broke because its plastic grip has become brittle; though a good proper one was kindly provided for replacement), small fridge with missing door shelves, and the non-functioning exhaust vent in the toilet (which was horrible when you have to do a number two).
The cleanliness was ok with housekeeping available every day but the overall room need a thorough vacuuming (dust on the window ledges and under the beds) and the toilet floor properly cleaned (or even changed away from the old-fashioned small tiles which easily trap dirt).
Overall a good place to stay with good location, decent facilities, and pretty good rates.
