I booked a nonsmoking room. But the room was filled with heavy smell of cigarettes which was extremely disgusting. You can obviously smell the very bad cigarettes just one step into the lobby. The front desk refused to change the room but only sent a air purifier instead. The air purifier was actually a waste furniture only. It was useless. No air purifying function at all. My kid vomit twice because of the foul smell and so I asked for a kettle in order to get warm water. The kettle was FOR RENT only, cost 7/day. I do not understand how dare the Venetian hotel in Vegas claims that they offer non smoking rooms. This is a fraud.
