Wind Creek Wetumpka

We decided to give the Fire Steakhouse a try for my birthday dinner. We fortunately got a table as they were very busy. Our server was very pleasant but did not stay on top of refilling our drinks. The appetizers were very good. We had the fried green tomatoes and I had the harvest salad. It was probably the best thing of the night. The main course was well cooked and seasoned. The sides however were cold. My best friend ordered the prime rib and didn't like it at all It tasted like pot roast. And they were unfortunately out of the bison ribeye and cheesecake that we originally all wanted. I would like to go back and try it again. It was a lovely venue.
