My second time staying here. First experience (2013) was great, stayed in the towers part of the hotel & it was really nice. Second trip (2017) is not so great. Staying in the pyramid part of the hotel & IT'S TRASH !! Nothing about this room screams LUXURY. It seems old & out dated compared to the tower part. I'M NOT HAPPY AT ALL with this room. Beds are trash also. I'm expecting top of the line pillow top memory foam mattresses or something. This mess here is something that you'd expect at a Budget Inn!!! Called front desk & couldn't get any form of accommodations for not being pleased with this room, like MOVE me to another room. This room only comes with a shower. I was under the impression that the pyramid rooms were better that the towers...ummmm NOT !!! The tower rooms have both, a shower and a deep garden like tub. After walking the strip, I wanted to soak. No tub...just very unhappy with this ROOM !!
