The casino is fun. I do enjoy the atmosphere. I wish I could give 2 separate ratings. They have many events and giveaways weekly. Pretty much daily. They only havev3 promotions kiosks. They need at least 3 more to accommodate the amount of patrons on event and givesway days. ( I do see a LOT of the same people winning over and over, so somethings a little off with that... people are noticing it too. The same people winning multiple cars and big ticket items 3 and 4 times a year). They have a soda fountain machine, so you can get your own beverages at your leisure. They have a good variety of slots. Old school reels and the latest video gaming. The hotel is just horrible though. Big mice problem in the rooms. Staff is aware and honestly, they don't care. Rooms are very dirty, outdated, and falling apart. They are renovating, but at snail pace. Housekeeping is rude, loud, and very unprofessional. Rico is the best host in VIP . Albeit he's not MY host.
