I usually don't do ratings, but I read Alexia's review and just had to comment. Im not sure what her motivation was, but it's way off base. This hotel and casino is really enjoyable and super clean, from the choice of slot machines and games, to the great selection of restaurants with really good food, to the personable staff in throughout. The Casino runs the steakhouse and the prices and food run the gamut from great hamburgers to delicious steaks and side dishes. Alexia talks about dirt, but I've been in lots of casinos and this one is FAR from dirty. In fact, this is one of the cleanest casinos around, from the bathrooms right down to the consistently well-operating machines to the buttons that work and are NOT sticky and grimy. I have NO idea what casino she was referring to, but she could not possibly have been referring to Graton or maybe she was paid to write a bad review or has some grudge against them. Also, it is much more in the style of Las Vegas than Reno. The hotel and the spa are first class and beautifully done and the choice of services are as good as you will find in a four star or five star facility. I hope you don't let Alexia's review put you off checking it out for yourself with your own eyes. You will be pleasantly surprised.
