This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. They just don't care when it comes to customer service. They didn't communicate our late check out or our extended stay with the cleaning staff and we were interrupted at least 8 times throughout the day as a result. Our room keys kept not working and we needed replacements multiple times. I waited over an hour and a half for someone to let me into my room. Apparently they had security coming to let me in. When I called a second time to inquire they sent up the bellman immediately. This hotel will no longer get my business. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
