Too many delays for service. Twice I had my service light on for more than 15 minutes and no one came to help. I was there to play but didn't know how to get my $25 free play. Will it be available next time I come? Another patron and I wondered about the point system and the floor attendant sent us to the Promotion Desk where the line was very long. Since I had my 97-year old mother with me, standing in a long line was not what she came to do. It may wait quite a while before returning.
On another note, the Food Court concept was a plus and the do-it-yourself beverage.center is very much appreciated. While playing at a table, I couldn't get the attention of the cocktail waitresses.
