Horrible horrible horrible experience for the price we spent on this resort. I requested a bubble bath (24 hours ahead) everyday that I was here, the butler never showed up to get my bubble bath done. They don't give you new amenities, they fill up all the old ones which I think is unsanitary, if you tell room service to come back because your getting dressed THEY WONT EVER COME BACK!!!! Room service was bad because the hamburger buns were extremely hard, fries were freezer cold, and you get ranch dressing for a Caesar salad which is really weird. My last two nights it smelled like gas in my room but maintenance said it was from paint. The resort closes down the pool at 6:00pm meaning no pool or beach after six. We asked for ice, that took 2 hrs. We asked for new linen that took a day. I love Jamaica but I would never recommend this resort, it's beautiful but not worth the treatment you receive. They'll tell you sorry a million times but won't change nothing. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
