By far the worst experience I have ever had at a casino. Made reservations well in advance and did not get the room we reserved. Hotel check in staff very rude. Did not clean room and when I called to just replace the coffee it took several calls and over 8 hours to bring 4 coffee packs. Requested a handicap access room and I believe they put us as far away from front door as possible. I think there plan is to make you walk until you can't stand it any longer so you will rent a $40 electric cart. Internet is almost $12 a day. I will never go back to this location. You even have to pay for soda in casino. Beer is $4 and mixed drinks are $8 even at $10 table games.
