Harrah's has been a staple on the Strip for many, many years. With that being said, I think they have done a great job at keeping it updated and with the times. If you look around enough, you will see some areas showing its age and could definitely use some updating or modernization. The one area of the greatest need of improvement is their signage and access to the smaller showrooms. It took asking two employees and 15 minutes just to find the TINY elevator to the showroom. To get to the box office was another tiny, hidden elevator - no where close to the showroom one. Updating would be great, but signage would at least help! Overall, it's a great place to go, great variety of games, friendly staff, has everything you could ask for, fantastic food court, and a very welcoming look and feel. You definitely can't beat their Total Rewards program!
