The beach is very pretty, but the hotel is awful. The check in took 3 hours and i had to go back 3 times: once to get the key for the room safe(it has to be purchased separately), and then to purchase towel cards and wi-fi( have to stand in line for the pin, you can order wi-fi from the room but have to walk all the way back to reception to pick up your pin), none of this options are offered at the time of the check in and you have to go back to reception to get all off this. Also in all-inclusive option, you have to purchase bottled water separately and it is available only in the gift shop and one bar. The reception staff and management is not friendly, also many rooms have problems with water and light. I am never coming back!
