Just went to the casino, so can't speak to the quality of the hotel. The casino floor is okay, typical game stuff, nothing to really make it stand out. Hubby & I usually will usually play lots of different slot machines -- just wander around and play whatever ones strike our fancy, you know? Well, we didn't end up doing that here. The first machine I sat at, after playing for a few minutes, I tried to cash out, and it didn't print a voucher. So I hit the button requesting service. And waited. And waited. Hubby got tired of playing his machine, got his voucher, and then decided (since it had been about 10 minutes at this point) to hit the service button on his machine too. So we've got 2 slots right next to each other with the service lights on. It still took at least another 10 minutes, I think longer, before someone finally wandered by. And in that time, we had been looking around, there just didn't seem to be any employees at all! No one to offer drinks either. Considering how many other casinos are in the immediate area, we weren't about to stick around at one with as apparently poor customer service. Maybe the hotel treats people better, but based on my experience with Bally's so far? I'll be sticking with the other hotels & casinos where I consistently get good service, thanks.
