Room was nice and clean. Used the pool and spa, also good experience. Only negative was front desk personnel. Got there around noon just to make sure reservation was received (didn't receive confirmation email) and the front desk girl, Paige I think, seemed to be bothered that we were there so early. There were no other people waiting at the front desk and she didn't appear to be busy. When we came back at 3pm to check in, Paige again was our contact and she said our room was still not ready and she would call us when it was. She failed to tell us that once the call was received we could go to the front of the line and get our key so we had to wait in what was now a LONG line to get our key. This time Mayra waited on us and was very helpful and explained everything and apologized for our wait. For what they charge for rooms they should make sure their staff is on point for customers, especially front desk staff. Not sure if I would stay here again.
