Called down to the front desk after listening to the teenagers in the room next to me for almost 2 hrs slam their doors as they ran to the room 3 or 4 doors down the hallway from me, as well as hollering in the hallway and when I asked if they could do something about it since I had already stuck my head out my door and asked the kids themselves to stop as I had a child trying to sleep I was informed that because it wasn't 10pm yet (only about 10 min until) that security wouldn't do anything. It's quite frustrating that I spent $129.99 a night and can't even get a halfway decent nights sleep because the staff won't do anything about other hotel guests being rude because it's not considered late enough.
The rooms are large but could use some updating, they definitely arent worth the price i paid to "sleep" here. The only saving grace this hotel had was their water park. I don't come to rapid city often but when I do I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
