Horrible!!! We are staying at chase on the lake resort and called for a shuttle which we were told would come within an hour. After an hour and leaving the bar to go back to the resort to wait for the shuttle (which we were very much enjoying ourselves at) we called to see how much longer until the shuttle would arrive, the man on the phone said "the shuttle is out picking up employees which is our priority right now." We asked how much longer and he said our employees are more important so I don't know. They obviously never had any intention of picking us up at all so I am very confused as to why they even said they would in the first place. After working in customer service for over 20 years I wouldn't give this casino any business based on my experience!!
