Update: They have begun to remodel and seem to be doing more maintenance. Amazing Building and fun to visit. Unfortunately, they aren't maintaining the building. They aren't cleaning the exterior windows. It was difficult to see outside from the room, and the pyramid no longer has the shine it once had. It is turning white from all the hard water damage. The Hotel room was very muggy due to the A/C unit not working properly. The A/C unit was also very noisy. The shower drain was clogged and after a 5-minute shower, the water was 4 inches deep. I spoke to the front desk about the issues and they refunded the $29 resort fee.
