I stayed at the hotel. While coming back to access the hotel elevators to get to my room, a security guard was chatting it up with a another security guard and another female employee. They were suppose to be checking for hotel key cards to get access to the elevator. I walked by them and flashed my hotel card. They said nothing and then I was halfway in between them and the elevator and the security guard called me back to show him my card. I flashed it again and said can you see it now. He responded in a sarcastic tone that he could "see it now". I don't understand why casino security would hire a security guard who has a serious power-trip problem. The kind of way they disrespect guests is ridiculous and it ruins the whole experience of staying at the hotel. While the hotel room itself is nice, I will choose to play at thunder valley in the future. The hotel at Thunder valley is nicer anyway and I have had no power-trip problems with their security guards.
