Yammava Casino... I have mixed feelings. I don't think I'm in the right heart right now to give them a fair review. We used to love it here. The place is kept clean. The majority of the employees and drink servers are nice. My husband and I hit the slots and take advantage of the free play and the free food or discounts. My husband has been a big spender and will treat our group of friends. I don't spend as much as he does, but I do tend to spoil myself here and there and my really close group of 3 friends. We just so happened to of had an unpleasant encounter with a member of Guest Services yesterday early morning. His actions caused my husband to lose all of his points and lose out on the daily offers we were getting. He was shy a few points to the next tier. All over a $60 free play question. We couldn't understand why it wasn't reflecting in the slots that he had $60 in free play when my app was showing us that it was active. We thought maybe they needed to do something on their end...or maybe we were doing something wrong on our end. The worker deleted his acct., lied to us saying someone used his free play on Monday, yet the free play had just become active @ 1 am. He told us that there were 6 accts active under my husband's name, which also turned out to be a lie. Jessie took the liberty of erasing my husband's acct and created a new one, with 0 points, $0 earnings. That is over $49k points and earnings erased. I honestly believe that such a person should not be a Yaamava representative. He has tainted their image and our experience. I apologize for taking your time in reading a bad review.
