The front desk staff is very helpful, the housekeepers do an excellent job on the rooms, the public areas are clean and well maintained, and security is courteous and make me feel comfortable everywhere on the premises day or night. There are multiple excellent dining options on site, though there is no room service. There are not any shops or restaurants nearby that I would feel entirely safe walking to by myself, especially after dark. Hotel guests must walk through a section of the casino to reach the hotel lobby and the elevators to the rooms, which is an inconvenience when I think of something I left in the car and would like to grab at night, as I don't get the impression pajamas are permitted attire for even momentary visitors to the casino, but overall I am happy with this hotel and recommend it. Pro tip: the same snacks in the vending machines are available at the front desk for lower prices.
