Drive all the way from Amarillo, Texas after we got a reward deal in the mail for a free hotel stay and was told upon getting here that they have been booked full for two weeks, since the start and end of the rewards time frame. I called a supervisor by the name of Jimmy, and he was rude saying that we should have called ahead so it's our fault. While I regret not calling ahead, the lack of concern for our driving here based on a reward deal that wouldn't even be valid for being booked full, is completely unprofessional. Now we're having to spend extra money to buy a hotel room and only got an oh well attitude from the Riverwind supervisor. Points gone to waste that were earned. If customer service is needed in this Casino, don't expect professionalism.
