Worst experience I have ever had staying at any hotel or casino. Had reservation 5/28/17. We were going to arrive a little earlier than check in time. Called ahead to see if possible to get checked in early. Attendant on phone was not friendly at all and said they don't check guest in until 3:00. They made all regestering guest sit and wait until 3:00. Several guest, even ones with small children had to wait to check in for 1 to 2 hours. Very uncaring and in professional. Now it was time to check in with a long line of supposed guest. It took several people another 1 to 2 hours to get checked in. Very unfriendly staff. Service at the bar and pool was terrible. Management told guest at the pool they could not go into the casino to get drinks they had to wait for the one server around the pool. She would only get around about every hour to hour and a half. On the good side our room was very nice but not clean. Several guest including myself commented that we will never book rooms here again.
