Would've been 5 stars, except for buffet kitchen staff - if breakfast ends at 10:30, how about not pushing people to get their food at 10, and when you make "last call" rounds, make sure there's food available. If you're going to shut down a major offering for breakfast, such as the omelet bar, then ensure everything else is spot-on perfect, or discount the price. Otherwise, the hotel and casino staff provided exemplary service. The hotel staff went beyond expectations to ensure we were adjacent to our friends, who arrived the following day! The housekeeping team is friendly and accommodating! The rooms were perfectly appointed - beds just right, pillows just right. They're spotlessly clean, as if new. The Winstar is a keeper and worthy of a return visit - will make sure I steer clear of weekend breakfast buffet though!
