Santa Ysabel Casino

We have friends who live in California and for several years they have sent us a couple of loaves of the date/nut bread from Dudleys because they knew how much we loved the bread. However, they again sent us some just recently and we were terribly disappointed in it. The flavor is almost gone entirely, the bread was a little doughy and stuck together in places, and one loaf had so many air holes in it we couldn't put it in the toaster because it falls apart and burns in the toaster. Our friends were also disappointed in the lack of flavor and probably will not go to the bother of driving over there anymore. What a shame! We really loved it!
