Horrible experience, will never stay here again and I wish I can give a no star review.
First of all, they give ear plugs in the room knowing how bad the place is already but yet they do no disclose it in their ads, when you call in and ask about noise and even when you ask them at check in for a quieter room, they tell you that you'll be fine. But they knew you won't be able to sleep with the music from the clubs around and their own roof top club.
Second, customer service was horrible also. Talked to the manager to get a refund after staying up all night from the noise, the music starts blaring again at around 1:30. She told me because I stayed until 4 to check out, they had to charge me for a second night out of my five. So on top of not refunding me my money for the night I wasn't able to sleep, she had to charge me a second night because I had to go find another hotel and went past 3PM.
Third, before we were able to finish packing up to leave the hotel after they charged us the second night already, they sent someone to clean the room within 15 minutes of me going to complain to the front desk manager and checking out.
Advice to everyone, never stay here if you actually want to sleep.
