First off, the staff was very attentive and helpful. The low rating is for inconvenience during construction, room appointments and food. Tons of (necessary but dusty and very, very loud) construction. I was there on off-peak nights (Sun-Tues), so most options for food were closed and the remaining places are garbage for anything but breakfast food. The bathroom in my room had no exhaust fan, hot water was spotty and hard to regulate. TV picture was hopelessly warped and vertigo-inducing. Again, a nod to the staff: room service was prompt and polite and the room itself tidy and clean with plenty of linens. And inexpensive. Apparently because they have to be. I'll stay somewhere else next time.
